This blend is the most soothing & calming in our range that was formulated after having major allergies with puffy swollen & sore eyes with some times eczema around them.  It is the blend in our ‘delicate petal’ delicate skin & eyes moisturise that decongests, soothes, calms & restores the delicate tissue.  Could be added to our other base products for this type of skin.
